On October 8-10, 2026, Thursday – Saturday, the weekend took place for Givati
families, at the Hotel Vert Lagoon Netanya
The vacation is the result of many years of development between the Givati Brigade,
the Givati Family Association and the Givati Brigade House Association. This is a
particularly exciting event that has been held every year since 1991 at the initiative of
Major General (res.) Yom Tov Samia.
The event is part of strengthening the ongoing relationship between the Givati
Brigade and the bereaved families.
For the families, this is an opportunity to disconnect from the bereavement by
participating in an exciting event whose purpose is to bring them joy and which
includes, among other things, a rich artistic program with a variety of performances,
lectures and site tours.
